Refund Policy

Building Brands ("We" or "Us") strives to provide exceptional services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds.


SCOPE

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Us, including strategic marketing consulting, planning, and execution services.


REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Due to the nature of Our services, refunds are generally not applicable. However, We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.


REFUND PROCESS

1. Client must submit a written refund request to [inquiries@buildingbrandsng.com].

2. We will review the request and notify Client of the decision within 7 business days.

3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.


CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS

Refunds, if issued, are subject to the following conditions:

- Services not rendered

- Duplicate payment

- Error in payment processing


CANCELLATION POLICY

Client may cancel services at any time, but no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.


CURRENCY CONVERSION

Refunds, if issued, will be made in the original payment currency. Any currency conversion losses or gains shall be borne by the Client.


NON-REFUNDABLE FEES

All fees paid for services rendered are non-refundable.


CHANGES TO REFUND POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy.
